Warranty and Return Policy
Please read all the items in this warranty before submitting a claim with SEQURE customer service. Failure to do so will result in claim being delayed or may be rejected.
1.SEQURE warranty
We attach great importance to quality. All products will be checked before sent out to ensure that the quality is all right. SEQURE guarantees this product to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for 90 days from the original date of purchase verified by sales receipt (not when product started to be in use).
2.Warranty claims will not cover the following:
* Overtime of warranty
* Non-quality issues
* Cannot provide purchase channel source proof
* Mechanical damage to electronic components or PCB
* PCBA board has repair soldering iron traces
* The product shows signs of disassembly or external impact damage
* (For non-waterproof products) there is water inflow
* Abnormal applications beyond the product specifications
* Consumables: Soldering iron tips, tin bars, etc. are not covered by the warranty
* Disassembling the product privately is not in the warranty terms.
If you have issues with operating product…. STOP. Please ask professional assistance from sequre technique team before disassembling the product.
No warranty shall apply to any product that has been subject to misuse, improper testing, assembly, mishandling, or which has been operated contrary to current instructions relating to installation or maintenance or operation from the use of any equipment purchased form this store.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to use the items safely and legally and to take proper measures to prevent any damage to person or property from the use of the equipment.

3.Repair Service
Please report any problems you are having to us via a support ticket from the product purchasing account. Please do not ship items back prior before contacting us and receiving a return authorization.
*Repair available in China
*Out of 90-days Warranty Period may be accepted
*Damaged item reparable or not will be assessed
*Free charge for repair excluding shipping fee and components and parts fee
*The duration of the repair will depend on the extent of the damage and the availability of its parts.
